Welcome to the PAFA Climate Change Levy Discount Scheme
The PAFA Climate Change Levy Discount Scheme is the Climate Change Agreement for the packaging and films industry. Membership of the scheme will entitle you to receive an 80% discount on the Climate Change Levy on eligible energy use until April 2011. Thereafter, providing you meet milestone savings targets you can continue to receive this discount until April 2013, the end of the scheme life.
In the PAFA CCLA there are over 80 sites that are currently benefiting from the Levy discount. The PAFA CCLA is helping save over £2 million per year of levy.
