New CCA Scheme Consultation
In the Chancellors 2011 budget it stated that “Climate Change Agreements (CCAs) will be extended to 2023, subject to State aid approval”.
A consultation on proposals to simplify the agreements was published on the 2nd September 2011 by DECC, with responses required by 28th October 2011
