Welcome to the UKRA Climate Change Levy Discount Scheme
The UKASTA Climate Change Levy Discount Scheme is the Climate Change Levy Agreement for the rendering industry. Membership of the scheme will entitle you to receive an 80% discount on the Climate Change Levy on eligible energy use until April 2011. Thereafter, providing you meet milestone savings targets you can continue to receive this discount until April 2013, the end of the scheme life.
In the UKRA CCLA there are 15 individual sites that are currently benefiting from the Levy discount. The UKRA CCLA is helping save nearly £1 million per year of levy.
