Climate Change Agreements (CCAs) operated by trade associations and are an agreement between the Government and a company.

You do not have to be a member of that trade association to obtain a CCA. The company will receive up to an 80% discount on the CCL in return for meeting energy or carbon saving targets, measured every two years. CCAs are only available to companies that undertake IPPC part A processes.
